Our paper "Zero-Shot to Head-Shot: Hyperpersonalization in the Age of Generative AI" was published in MDPI Applied System Innovation. The work presents the Z2H2 framework for hyperpersonalization using GenAI, with validation on the Open University Learning Analytics Dataset.
